Staircase Wit: Disrepute

You need a bit of insight on both the SA and US political arenas. In SA the ANC's youth league leader Julius Malema was charged with bringing the party into disrepute after, among other things, suggesting Botswana's government should be overthrown. On the US side you simply have to look at some of the stuff said by the likes of Michele Bachmann and occasional threats by that Texas governor (and maybe soon Sarah Palin!).
